James K. Pryor is of counsel to the law firm of Trautmann & Associates.
James Pryor and Gregg Trautmann practice law at 262 East Main Street in
Rockaway, New Jersey. We offer a broad range of legal services, including
litigation and criminal matters. Mr. Pryor's practice also includes all aspects
land use, zoning and real estate, on behalf of private clients and public bodies.
Mr. Pryor's work in the telecommunications industry includes representing
clients seeking approvals for cell sites, backhaul, microwave point-to-point,
and public safety networks in the 700 MHz spectrum.

Mr. Pryor served as local Amicus Counsel in the landmark New Jersey
Supreme Court case, The Committee to recall Robert Menendez from the
Office of U.S. Senator v. Nina Wells, Secretary of State, decided
November 18, 2010.

Mr. Pryor was  reappointed for 2012 as the Planning Board attorney for
the Township of Randolph, after being initially appointed in 2004. Mr.
Pryor also represents private development clients, and appears throughout
the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Pryor is representing the County of Monmouth (Sheriff's office) in
the buildout of its emergency communications network.

Mr. Pryor regularly attends conferences to keep apprised of the latest
trends relating to telecommunications and municipal law. He annually
attends the  New Jersey State League of Municipalities Convention in
Atlantic City, and has attended  the Cellular Telephone Industry
Association Convention.

designated for redevelopment.

Essex Fells raw land 115 foot tall monopole at a municipal park.
Freehold, raw land 130 foot monopole at Freehold Raceway Mall.
Mt. Olive, two approvals for water tank mounts.
